How an airport pick-up works
The idea is simple: you land, you collect your bags, and the driver is waiting with your name.
01
Before the flight
You book with the flight number, the date, the expected landing time and the number of passengers and bags.
02
On landing
The driver is in place for the expected time. The first 60 minutes of waiting are included, giving you time to collect your bags.
03
At the exit
You are met with a sign showing your name, then accompanied to the vehicle.
04
To your destination
The journey continues straight to your hotel, your home or your appointment.
Airport drop-off
For a departure, the driver collects you from the address given and drops you at the terminal for your flight.
- Pick-up at your address, at the agreed time
- The terminal is chosen according to the airline and flight you give
- Journey time is planned so you arrive with a reasonable margin
- Booking possible early in the morning or late at night
Practical information
Luggage
Two large suitcases, or three medium cases, or five small ones. Tell us about any oversized bag when you book.
Children
Baby seat and booster available on request, at an extra charge. Please give the children’s ages.
Passengers
Four passengers maximum, with a seatbelt at every seat.
Accessibility
The vehicle is not adapted to carry a non-folding wheelchair. Contact us to talk it through.
Pets
Accepted under conditions, with an extra charge. Assistance dogs travel free.
Special requests
A group, oversized luggage, a late arrival: call us and we will look for a solution.
Waiting after landing
The first 60 minutes after the expected landing time are included in the price. Beyond that, extra waiting may be charged at the current rate.
Flight monitoring is based on the number you give us. No automated real-time tracking is promised: if a flight is badly delayed, a message or a call remains the most reliable option.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2
Nice Côte d’Azur Airport has two terminals, connected to each other, and which one you use depends on your airline and your flight. That is precisely why the flight number is asked for at booking on every pick-up.
01
You already know your terminal
Tell us when you book. The driver waits at the corresponding exit with a sign showing your name.
02
You do not know it yet
Give us the flight number alone: the terminal follows from the airline and the flight, and it is confirmed before the pick-up.
03
Your flight changes terminal
A terminal change on the day is possible. Call or message us: the driver moves, and the included waiting still runs from the actual landing time.
The two terminals have their own access roads and their own drop-off areas. That is why a flight number, rather than a bare time, is what makes a pick-up reliable.
Business Aviation Terminal
Alongside the two commercial terminals, the airport operates a Business Aviation Terminal, opened in March 2010, with its own customs post.
It handles private aviation and helicopters, and ground-handling companies keep lounges and offices there. Access is controlled: the entrance is protected by a gate, a badge reader and video surveillance. Arriving this way is therefore prepared differently from arriving on a scheduled flight, and the meeting point has to be agreed in advance.
- Choose “Business Aviation Terminal” as your terminal when you book, and give us your flight number.
- The exact meeting point is confirmed with you before you land: this area is restricted to authorised people.
- If your operator or handling agent is looking after you, send us their name so the meeting point cannot be confused.
Arriving by business aviation does not, by itself, grant access to the restricted areas. We do not claim badge access: the meeting point is arranged with you at a place we agree on, and confirmed before you arrive.
A Nice-based driver, with no desk at the airport
Find Your Driver is a private hire service based in Nice, run by an independent driver. Every journey is booked in advance, with a named driver and a price confirmed before you travel.
- There is no desk, no kiosk and no car waiting on the rank: pick-up is booked in advance.
- The business address in Nice is an administrative address, not a meeting point.
- The meeting point is the terminal, at the baggage exit, with a sign showing your name.
- We are not a taxi company and claim no taxi licence, no station and no metered fare.
Booking directly with the driver
You deal with the person who will drive you, before and during the journey. No intermediary, and no commission added to the price.
One point of contact
The booking, the confirmation and the journey are handled by the same person. A question about a time gets a direct answer.
The price before you book
The fare is calculated for your actual journey and shown before you confirm it, not estimated afterwards.
Pay on board or online
By card or in cash in the vehicle once you have arrived at your destination — or online by card when the booking requires it.
A change is handled directly
A delayed flight, an earlier time, an extra bag: one call or message is enough, with no call centre in between.

All our destinations
From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, the service covers Nice, the coast, the hinterland and the mountain resorts. Every destination has its own page: what a journey there involves, and how to arrange it.
Nice and the immediate coast
Nice, the Promenade des Anglais, the old town, the business districts and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: the core of the service.
West — Cannes, Antibes and the gulf
Antibes, Cannes, Mandelieu-la-Napoule and Théoule-sur-Mer, out to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez: the journeys most often made from the airport.
East — Monaco, Menton and the border
Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Èze, Cap-d’Ail, Beausoleil, Monaco, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Menton, towards the Italian border, by motorway or along the corniche roads.
Hinterland and villages
Grasse, Mougins, Valbonne, Biot, Opio and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, in the hills behind the coast, where the exact address matters.
Mountain resorts
Auron, Isola village and Isola 2000, in the upper Nice hinterland: longer journeys, where the time, the road and the weather matter more.
