Purpose and scope
These terms apply to private passenger transport booked with Find Your Driver, including one-way transfers, return journeys and hourly hire when offered. Confirming a booking means accepting the terms and cancellation policy shown at that time.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once the driver has confirmed it. Some requests — in particular pick-ups starting in Monaco and journeys beyond the service radius — cannot be confirmed automatically and require direct contact.
Price and payment
The total price including tax is shown before confirmation. Depending on the booking flow offered, payment is made online by card through Stripe, or on board at the end of the journey by card or cash. Find Your Driver does not store complete card details.
Business customers
Where a professional customer is invoiced rather than paying online or on board, the invoice is payable within 30 days of its date. Late payment carries penalties from the day after the due date, without prior reminder, at the European Central Bank refinancing rate in force plus 10 percentage points, and the statutory €40 recovery-cost indemnity, with additional compensation on justification where the costs actually incurred exceed that amount. Professional invoices state the amount excluding tax, the VAT rate or rates applied, the VAT amount and the total including tax, together with the provider’s VAT number and — where the professional customer supplied it or the tax regime of the operation requires it — that customer’s own VAT number. A purchase-order number supplied by a professional customer is kept with the booking and repeated on the invoice.
Cancellation and no-shows
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. A cancellation less than 24 hours before, or a failure to appear at the meeting point, is charged at the full fare. No automatic charge is taken: where the booking has not been paid yet, the amount remains due and is settled directly with the driver; where it has already been paid online, the corresponding amount may be retained under these terms.
Obligations and liability
Find Your Driver uses reasonable means to provide the confirmed service. Journey times are indicative and may change because of traffic, road closures, weather, checks or other external circumstances. The customer must provide accurate booking information and comply with passenger and road-safety requirements.
Complaints and mediation
If there is a disagreement, the customer is asked to contact the operator directly. If no amicable solution is reached, the consumer mediator named above may be contacted.
