How a booking works

  1. You give us your journey

    Pick-up, destination, date, time and number of passengers. For an airport pick-up, the flight number is requested.

  2. The price is confirmed

    The amount is based on the distance, the duration and the options chosen. A minimum fare applies.

  3. You receive confirmation

    The booking is confirmed by email, with the reference, the route, the time and the amount.

  4. You pay for your journey

    On board at the end of the journey, by card or in cash — or online before confirmation when the booking requires it.
