The commune belongs to the Sophia Antipolis agglomeration, and part of its land is taken up by the technopole. The result: an appointment "in Biot" can be in a lane of the village, or in an office building a few minutes away on the plateau. Both are in Biot, and they are not reached the same way at all.
This is especially true for an international visitor, or for an invitation received by e-mail: the postal address says Biot, the actual destination is a building in Sophia. Give the building or company name, and we meet you in the right place the first time.

The village, its slope and its approaches
