From the airport to the resort, up the valley
The journey leaves the coast at Nice and climbs the Tinée valley to the resort, at the end of the mountain road. Take care with the name you enter: Isola village lies lower down the valley, in the same commune, and is not reached by the same road. A booking that says only "Isola" can send the driver to the wrong place — write "Isola 2000" when the resort is where you are going.
Your pick-up at Nice Airport
The driver waits with a sign showing your name at the baggage exit. Give your terminal — Terminal 1, Terminal 2 or the Business Aviation Terminal — and your flight number: the meeting point is defined according to that terminal and the access available.

Your flight number helps us identify your arrival and prepare the pickup. We check the flight details manually before collection; we do not use an automated live-tracking service. If your schedule changes significantly, call us or send a WhatsApp message.

Should I choose Isola or Isola 2000?
Isola 2000 if you are going to the resort: Isola village lies lower down the valley, in the same commune, and the route is not the same. It is the most useful detail you can give us at booking.
Do I need to give my terminal at the airport?
Yes, if you know it: Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Otherwise your flight number is enough — the terminal follows from it and is confirmed before you land. An arrival at the Business Aviation Terminal is prepared with a meeting point agreed in advance.
Can I travel with skis?
The car takes up to four passengers, with luggage capacity stated as a guide; we do not guarantee a set capacity for skis or snowboards. Contact us before confirming and we will check what is possible for your journey.
What if the road is disrupted?
In the mountains the road can be affected by the weather or the traffic. Check conditions before leaving, and tell us if your flight is delayed: the included waiting runs from the actual landing time, and we adjust the meeting with you.
A request outside the usual pattern
The service runs 24 hours a day, subject to availability and to the minimum booking notice. For bulky mountain equipment, arrivals on several flights or a journey that does not appear here: call us or write on WhatsApp.
