Private driver in Beausoleil
Beausoleil is built directly above Monaco — so close that the two touch and look alike. They are not the same commune and not the same territory: an address that looks Monegasque can be in Beausoleil, and that distinction changes how a pick-up is arranged.
Beausoleil or Monaco: give your exact address
The two territories interlock. Some Beausoleil streets run along the Monegasque boundary, and a few dozen metres are enough to cross from one commune into the other with nothing much to mark it. For a car that is not an administrative detail: it is a different stopping point, a different address and sometimes a different set of rules.
So give the commune — Beausoleil or Monaco — then the street, the building and the name of the establishment if you have one. That is what allows the driver to wait in the right place the first time.
- Beausoleil is in France: a pick-up in Beausoleil follows the usual booking rules, unlike Monaco.
- Border streets: give the commune, then the exact address.
- Establishments and buildings: the name helps as much as the number.
An urban slope: streets and flights of steps
Beausoleil is built in tiers between the upper part of the commune and Monaco. You drive along sloping streets, and you move between levels through numerous stairways and passages. Not every address can be reached by car, and some are reached only from one particular road.
In practice the driver stops at the nearest accessible point to your address, and we agree it with you before the journey. Giving the name of the residence or the building, rather than a street name alone, is usually enough to settle it.
Cap-d’Ail, Roquebrune, Nice: journeys from Beausoleil
Westwards, Cap-d’Ail and then Èze, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Nice are reached along the corniches, the lower corniche or the motorway depending on traffic. Eastwards, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Menton are the next communes. Nice and its airport remain the most frequent destinations for a departure.
Every journey carries a pick-up address, a destination and a time; the price is computed for that journey and shown before you confirm.

Starting from Nice Airport?
Beausoleil has no dedicated journey page. The airport page explains the pick-up at Nice Côte d’Azur — flight number, name-board welcome, waiting time included after landing — and the journey to Beausoleil is then booked as usual.

Monaco
A drop-off in Monaco can be booked online from a pick-up outside the Principality: you give your starting point and your address in Monaco, and the price is confirmed before you book. Departures collected in Monaco itself are not offered by our online booking — that is set out below, without hedging.
Cap-d’Ail
Cap-d’Ail is a French commune set against Monaco, with its centre, its port and its coastline. That closeness is convenient — it makes many journeys short — but it asks for precision: "near Monaco" is not enough to arrange a pick-up.
Roquebrune-Cap-Martin
Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is not one place: the commune holds Saint-Roman near the Monegasque border, the hilltop old village, Carnolès and its urban centre, and the Cap-Martin plateau. Writing only "Roquebrune-Cap-Martin" can therefore describe districts that are a long way apart.
Èze
In Èze, one commune covers two places that are not reached by the same road: the hilltop village on its outcrop, and the seafront below, with its coastal addresses and its station. Booking "Èze" without more detail leaves the driver guessing — so that is the first thing we settle with you.
Beausoleil: common questions
- Beausoleil or Monaco — which commune should I enter?
- The one on the actual address. The two communes touch and look alike, but they are separate territories: if the postal address says Beausoleil, it is Beausoleil, even if the street faces Monaco.
- Can the driver reach an address up in the heights?
- He goes to the nearest accessible point. Beausoleil has many sloping streets and pedestrian passages between levels, so we agree the pick-up point before the journey, starting from the building or residence you give us.
- Do you cover journeys to Nice or the airport?
- Yes, in either direction. Nice and its airport are the most frequent journeys from Beausoleil; Cap-d’Ail, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Menton are immediately nearby. The price is computed for the exact journey.
